We will work with you to transform your vision into a reality. It's our goal to make the creation of a piece of jewelry a personal and memorable experience for each customer. We want to make the process worry free and we will ask for your input every step of the way. ­

The Design Process ~

• Fill out the online form and attach a photo of what you have in mind.
• We will email or call you to discuss the details and will do our best to transform your vision into reality. We will give you an estimated cost and completion timeline.
• If you would like to move forward, we will email you photos of your special piece for your approval at each step of the creation process.
• Voila! Now sit back and let the compliments roll in!

Please note that we will create and re-create your custom piece until you are elated with it. Once you have approved and paid for the piece, the sale is final. Custom pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable. Payment is obtained at the time the order is placed.
